Weissenfels A15 ladder pattern snow chains
The A15 is the ideal low cost commercial vehicle snow chain. Simple and straightforward to use, it provides good grip in moderate snow conditions. Unlike other chains in our range, the A15 is constructed in a simple ‘ladder pattern’ design, which provides good traction, but with limited sideways stability. These chains are an ideal solution for UK use, but we do not recommend their use in Europe, as they do not comply with EU Regulations and conformity.
Available in a limited range of sizes, suitable for vehicles ranging from small vans, and 4 x 4’s, through to large trucks.
- Simple ladder pattern chain, which makes the chain light weight and easy to handle
- Traditional fitting system with tensioning provided by external side chain and inbuilt tightening handle
- Cross chains constructed in specially hardened and galvanised steel D-links, with cross sections ranging from 4.5mm to 7mm, depending on the chain size
- Fully reversible for increased chain life
- Supplied in pairs
Delivery and Click & Collect orders
Orders received on our snowchains.co.uk web site prior to 2pm Monday to Friday are often dispatched the same day via DPD. Priority Dispatch orders are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day – so long as they are received before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed during evenings and over weekends, as well as on public holidays, are normally dispatched on the following working day.

It is important that all delivery details given are accurate to avoid the carrier being unsuccessful in attempting delivery.
Delivery instructions should normally be added to assist delivery and it is advisable to make these as clear and precise as possible. It is also important to give an all hours phone number in case the carrier needs to make contact with you before or at time of the delivery.

* Please note that whilst, in most instances, Priority Dispatch deliveries will normally arrive the following working day, this cannot always be 100% guaranteed. As with all carriers, very occasionally, delays may occur for logistical and other reasons that are beyond their control. In such cases the goods would normally arrive the following working day. We cannot be held responsible for any delays arising from matters occurring outside our control.
