A pair of GoSoft snow socks will keep you moving when driving on snow and ice. This is regardless of the make or model of vehicle you drive. Hence offering a low-tech, yet highly effective, way to improve traction and grip on roads covered in snow and ice. Snow socks, such as GoSoft can often be a viable substitute for snow chains in a lot of conditions.

How effective are GoSoft snow socks?

GoSoft snow socks give considerable increased grip and traction on snow and ice when compared to cars fitted with summer tyres.

How do GoSoft snow socks work?

Simply put, the socks’s special “FlowTex” material creates friction and results in an adhesion to the road surface. Such a simple phenomenon as this is the basis of the GoSoft technology.

How do GoSoft snow socks compare with snow chains?

Snow socks will offer a lot of traction and grip on snow and ice when compared to a car using normal summer tyres. However, a set of snow chains from a leading snow chain manufacturer such as Konig or Weissenfels will be better. However, snow socks are also much cheaper to buy and ready to fit without any adjustment being necessary. Furthermore, GoSoft snow socks are vibration free which makes driving on snow and ice smooth thus making longer distances more comfortable.

Delivery and Click & Collect orders

Orders received on our snowchains.co.uk web site prior to 2pm Monday to Friday are often dispatched the same day via DPD. Priority Dispatch orders are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day – so long as they are received before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed during evenings and over weekends, as well as on public holidays, are normally dispatched on the following working day.

UK delivery information

It is important that all delivery details given are accurate to avoid the carrier being unsuccessful in attempting delivery.

Delivery instructions should normally be added to assist delivery and it is advisable to make these as clear and precise as possible. It is also important to give an all hours phone number in case the carrier needs to make contact with you before or at time of the delivery.
