Delivery and Click & Collect orders
Orders received on our snowchains.co.uk web site prior to 2pm Monday to Friday are often dispatched the same day via DPD. Priority Dispatch orders are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day – so long as they are received before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed during evenings and over weekends, as well as on public holidays, are normally dispatched on the following working day.

It is important that all delivery details given are accurate to avoid the carrier being unsuccessful in attempting delivery.
Delivery instructions should normally be added to assist delivery and it is advisable to make these as clear and precise as possible. It is also important to give an all hours phone number in case the carrier needs to make contact with you before or at time of the delivery.
