Snowchains.co.uk is the registered domain name of Snowchains Europroducts. As a company, Snowchains Europroducts has uniquely specialised in Konig and Weissenfels snow chains for over 40 years, and in that time have amassed an enormous amount of knowledge and experience on the subject of snow chains and their fitments.
The experience we offer as snow chain specialists is paramount. It is not always just a matter of simply taking an order and sending the customer an item. We always try to make sure that what is ordered is what is needed, and perhaps more importantly, that it is right for the vehicle. For obvious reasons, it is essential that the correct equipment is supplied. If, in our opinion, we feel that something is not suitable, then we always say so – even at the risk of losing a sale! This is why we actively encourage customers to telephone us and discuss their requirements with an expert before ordering!
We also offer an extremely beneficial exchange service, whereby if a vehicle is changed and the existing chains don’t fit, the unwanted snow chains can be exchanged towards the cost of new ones. (This service must be done directly with Snowchains Europroducts). Providing an efficient service to past customers is very important to us, since much of our business is generated by recommendations from our many thousands of satisfied customers.
