
Returns Policy
Unused goods, in new condition, can be returned for a full refund within 7 working days to our location. Any courier transport used to return the goods would be at the customers expense and to be arranged by the customer. If the reason for return is that the goods are either defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange for the goods to be collected/swapped at our expense.
After 7 working days, up to 28 days from receiving the product, all returns incur a 20% handling/re stocking charge. Beyond 28 days we can only offer part-exchange.
Items returned must be packaged in their original packaging and protected from damage in transit.
Please include some paperwork so we can identify the sender, and bear in mind that the goods are your responsibility until we receive them. For peace of mind either return them yourself or ensure you use a delivery method that requires a signature.
* Please be aware that the cost of arranging collection of items by our carriers can be more than the original cost of delivery.
