I would just like to express my thanks to your company for sending through a replacement plastic clip for the chains I have which unfortunately broke in anger in France a couple of weeks ago. In this day and age it is sadly extremely rare to have both such a prompt service with exactly the correct article being sent and at no cost notwithstanding that its only a plastic clip. It suggests that your customer services are exemplorary. Your quick action was really very much appreciated and I will not hestitate to highly recommend your company to any of my friends and family who are venturing in to snowy climes.

I bought some clack-and-go snow chains from you at the end of November.

I just want to say a big thank you to the guy who served me and taught me how to use the snow chains over and over until I got it right.

After getting stuck in the dark in France in the freezing cold and being able to use the chains first time with no hesitation I couldn’t thank the guy enough for his time and patience with me.

Since being in France I have highly recommended your company to the rest of myteam as your customer service is excellent. They have been lumbered with shoddy halfords snow chains that are just not up to scratch and take a life time to put on and remove.

Thanks again guys for saving me from freezing to death….

Just a quick hello and to give you a testimonial to your snow socks if you want to put it on your website.
I bought a pair of snow socks for my Saab 93 last year and they were excellent.
One Saturday we had a big dump of snow and I put the socks on. Where I live it is quite hilly and of course not all of the roads are gritted.
Snowsocks were the ideal solution as they were very quick and easy to fit and unfit. A matter of about 30 seconds once you get the hang of it.
I saw many cars stuck or abandoned as I was driving along and managed to get up hills that even Range Rovers and 4×4’s were struggling on with no effort or wheel spin at all.
I would recommend these as an essential item to keep in your car boot to anyone.
